Excellent Experience Excellent hotel with amazing staff! Super clean rooms, great service, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to our front desk staff Yuli and Ela for their outstanding service and warm hospitality — they were so kind, professional, and made our stay extra comfortable. EXCEPTIONNEL La villa est magnifique, propre,spacieuse et conforme aux photos ! Le personnel de la réception et du SPA sont formidables avec une mention spéciale pour ELA qui est souriante,agréable,réactive et qui répond à toutes vos attentes ! Elle a toujours une solution pour vous aider et sait prendre soin de vous! Bravo aussi au cuisiner, ses plats sont colorés et plein de saveurs,un pur régal ! We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The villa is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and has such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to come back to after exploring Ubud. The location was great, and we really enjoyed the privacy and the surroundings. Everything was exactly as we hoped — and honestly, even better in person. A special thank you to the wonderful hosts and staff for making us feel so welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We truly felt taken care of and could completely relax and enjoy our time in Bali. We are leaving with such lovely memories and we’re honestly a little sad to go! If we ever come back to Ubud, we would absolutely love to stay here again. Die Unterkunft macht beim ersten Eindruck genau das, was sie wahrscheinlich machen soll: Man kommt an, schaut sich um und denkt erstmal: „Okay, das sieht schon ziemlich gut aus.“ Die Villa selbst ist wirklich schön gestaltet und wirkt hochwertig. Eigener Pool, Badewanne, viel Privatsphäre, schöne Einrichtung — grundsätzlich also genau der Ort, an dem man sehr gut entspannen und für ein paar Tage so tun kann, als hätte man sein Leben komplett im Griff. Auch die Lobby und das Restaurant sind stilvoll eingerichtet und machen optisch einiges her. Leider merkt man nach kurzer Zeit, dass zwischen „sieht luxuriös aus“ und „läuft luxuriös“ noch ein kleiner, aber spürbarer Unterschied liegt. Im Restaurant sitzt man zum Beispiel gerne mal beim Essen, während direkt daneben neue Gäste ankommen oder andere abreisen. Das ist nicht dramatisch, aber es nimmt dem Ganzen etwas die ruhige, exklusive Atmosphäre, die die Anlage eigentlich ausstrahlen möchte. Dazu kam bei uns der Eindruck, dass zeitweise eine einzige Person gleichzeitig Rezeption, Service, Organisation und vermutlich innerlich auch noch das Krisenmanagement übernehmen musste. Entsprechend kam es immer wieder zu Wartezeiten. Auch organisatorisch lief nicht alles ganz rund. Man hatte häufiger das Gefühl, dass Fragen erst intern geklärt werden mussten oder man auf WhatsApp verwiesen wurde. Das Personal war dabei wirklich ausgesprochen freundlich und bemüht — das muss man klar positiv hervorheben. Nur Freundlichkeit ersetzt eben nicht immer Struktur, klare Abläufe oder Schulung. Manchmal wirkte es ein bisschen so, als hätte jemand eine sehr schöne Luxusunterkunft gebaut, aber vergessen, dem Betrieb danach noch ein ordentliches Handbuch mitzugeben. Ein Thema, das uns in der Villa selbst gestört hat, waren Ameisen. Und zwar nicht nur eine kleine neugierige Ameise, die sich verlaufen hat, sondern teilweise richtige Ameisenstraßen durch Zimmer und Bad. Vermutlich hängt das mit der Bauweise zusammen, da es an mehreren Stellen offene Schlitze im Holz- und Trockenbau gibt. Vielleicht ist das architektonisch bewusst so gedacht — die lokale Tierwelt hat es jedenfalls dankbar angenommen. Besonders angenehm ist es allerdings nicht, wenn kleine Mitbewohner irgendwann den Weg bis ins Bett finden. Am Ende bleibt ein etwas gemischter Eindruck. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, stilvoll und hat definitiv Potenzial. Man merkt, dass beim Design viel nachgedacht wurde und die Unterkunft auf den ersten Blick sehr hochwertig wirkt. Gleichzeitig passen Betrieb, Organisation und Details noch nicht ganz zu diesem Anspruch. Kurz gesagt: Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit viel Potenzial — aber aktuell noch ein bisschen mehr „luxuriöse Idee“ als durchgehend „luxuriöse Erfahrung“.

Fantastická vila se soukromým bazénem! Vanu máte na terase, takže si můžete užít i venkovní spa jako my. Ubytování je zcela výjimečné, prostředí relaxační a velmi klidné, vše je čisté, personál moc milý, pozorný a ochotný. Místní fitko mě úplně okouzlilo. Dostali jsme fialový welcome drink. Využili jsme i službu laundry a top! Na terase je jídelní stůl, snídani vám však na pokoj nepřinesou, nechápu proč. Objednávali jsme si jídlo přes Grab a užili jsme si romantické snídaně u bazénu. Určitě doporučuji vybrat si na Bali toto ubytování.
